How to Place an Order

Ordering from Souk Dubai is simple and hassle-free. Follow these easy steps to get started:

1. Browse & Add to Cart

Explore our wide range of Dubai-made perfumes and add your selected products to the cart.

2. Submit Your Inquiry

At cart page, you’ll be asked to fill in just three quick details:

Your email address
Shipping country
Preferred payment method
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card (Note: A 6.5% surcharge applies for card payments)

Then, click “Inquire Now.” No payment is taken at this stage.

3. Receive Your Invoice

Our team will review your order and email you a detailed invoice with the final amount, including shipping. You can then proceed with your preferred payment method.

4. Track & Receive Your Order

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Orders are delivered straight to your door within 5–7 working days.
