What is Souk Dubai's primary focus?
Here at Souk Dubai we specialize in supplying fragrances from the top selling UAE brands.
We take pride in our products categories variety! You can find perfumes, water
perfumes, bakhoor, personal care products and many more to source and import from Dubai to your home/store's door step.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently our shipping services are to EU countries and the UK. You can also select your address to the UAE if you would prefer for your order to be delivered to your preferred shipping company.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping prices are currently set at 20AED/KG (all charges included) for all orders above 30kgs.
for orders under 30kgs its a flat rate of 580AED (all charges included)
however they are always subject to change in the future.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply add your desired products and quantities to your cart. Click "Enquire Now" to initiate the order process. We'll confirm product availability within 24 hours. After confirmation, you'll receive a checkout link to complete the order via bank transfer or debit/credit card. Your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days after confirmation of availability. If you need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit cards through the website’s checkout
page. In addition we accept a bank transfer to our bank account in the UAE.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
There is no minimum order quantities, All orders are sold by the dozen and our customers can check out with 1 dozen!
Can I request samples?
We do not offer this service.
Are there any restrictions on who can purchase from your website?
There are no restrictions. Any business type or individual is eligible to supply from Souk Dubai.
Do you have a catalog or product list available for download?
All of our products are available on our website with their dozen prices.
